What do I need to provide to A1 before the show?
A1 will be sending an event brochure to the membership a few weeks before the event. We ask that all attending suppliers submit a promotion/special offer to feature.

The advert specs are as follows:
Size: A5 landscape - 210 x 147mm (all important text and imagery to be at least 8mm from the edge of design).
Format: High-resolution PDF
Deadline: Friday 28th February 2025
Price: FREE OF CHARGE

How do I get to the Hilton Hotel at St. George's Park?
Hilton at St George's Park is set amidst the countryside of The National Forest, approx 6 miles west of Burton upon Trent, on the B5234. Find directions HERE.
Is it free to park?
There are over 300 free parking spaces.
There are 10 spaces for EV charging with Vend Electric (from £0.50/kWh)
What time can I access the room to set-up?
All suppliers will have access to set-up their stands from 10am the morning of Wednesday 26th March.
Please do not come any earlier as we need time to mark boundaries and positions.
The room will be open until around 7pm that evening.

On the day of the Trade Show you may access the room from 7:30am for last minute set up.
We need something delivering to the venue for set-up day. What shall we do?
The A1 team will be at the venue from 8am Wednesday 26th March so will be able to access any deliveries for the show. Please contact Melissa mrowland@a1ag.co.uk to make us aware of a delivery.
What will be available to me for set-up?
Each supplier will have access to a 6ft trestle table and chairs if needed. We do not use a shell scheme, your boundary will be indicated on the floor when you arrive. There will be access to free wi-fi throughout both days.

Please let us know via your registration form if you need access to electricity - we are using a third party company.​
Where can I find my stand number?
The stand plan includes your logo and stand number. View stand plan HERE.
Where can I grab something to eat and drink on set-up day?
Tea, coffee and water will be provided throughout set-up day. The Centre Circle Coffee Lounge is also located on the First Floor, this is open from 7am - 5pm. You can grab lunch from the hotel's restaurant [BOOK A TABLE] or a more casual lunch at the Crossbar. Both are open all day.

Is there a dress code?
Smart casual for the welcome evening.
Business casual for the Trade Show.
I have dietary requirements, who do I contact?
There is an option to confirm any dietary requirements for your or your party on the registration form.
If you have forgotten to include this, please contact mrowland@a1ag.co.uk no later than 3 weeks before the event.
I need to change/cancel my room booking, what should I do?
Please contact mrowland@a1ag.co.uk no later than 3 weeks before the event.
The delegate names that we registered with have now changed. Who do I contact?
Please contact mrowland@a1ag.co.uk no later than 4 weeks before the event to confirm any changes to your registration/delegate names.
Will there be food/refreshments at the Trade Show?
Tea, coffee and water will be available throughout the day.
A casual lunch will be served in the Sir Bobby Robson Ballroom foyer from 12pm.
