The Motor Factor meeting will take place in the Seminar Room 1. Follow signs from reception.
Hotel Check In

Head to the venue's main reception to check in.
Welcome Evening
19:00 onwards
The welcome evening will take place in the hotel's restaurant. Ready before 7pm? Meet us in the hotel's 'The Crossbar' from 6pm.

Breakfast

Breakfast will be served in The Restaurant from 7am.
Supplier Set-Up
07:30 - 09:00
Sir Bobby Robson Ballroom will be open for last minute set-up from 7:30am.
Hotel Check Out
06:00 - 12:00
Please check out before 12:00.
Trade Show
09:00 - 15:00
The Trade Show will begin at 09:00, the room will be open from 07:30 for suppliers to set up.
Lunch
12:00 - 14:00
A casual buffet lunch will be served in the ballroom foyer. Tea, coffee and water will also be available throughout the day.
Stand Break Down
15:00 - 16:30
Suppliers can begin to break down their stands anytime after 15:00.
