What do I have to do once I have registered to attend?
The short answer, nothing. The team at A1 Support Centre will book your accommodation on your behalf (if you are staying the night before) and you will be invoiced as per your regular invoices from the A1 finance team.

If you attend the Trade Show and are marked as 'attended' you will receive a £230 A12U credit note. This credit note can be spent at the A12U Warehouse only.

If you have registered to attend the Trade Show day only, this is free of charge so you will not receive an invoice. We will simply see you there!
How do I get to the Hilton Hotel at St. George's Park?
Hilton at St George's Park is set amidst the countryside of The National Forest, approx 6 miles west of Burton upon Trent, on the B5234. Find directions HERE.
Is it free to park?
There are over 300 free parking spaces.
There are 10 spaces for EV charging with Vend Electric (from £0.50/kWh)
Is there a dress code?
Smart casual for the welcome evening.
Business casual for the Trade Show.
Where can I find which suppliers are attending?
Please check out the Exhibitors page - this will be updated as and when suppliers register to attend.
Each suppliers show offers and promotions will also feature on this page a few weeks before the event date.
I have dietary requirements, who do I contact?
There is an option to confirm any dietary requirements for your or your party on the registration form.
If you have forgotten to include this, please contact mrowland@a1ag.co.uk no later than 3 weeks before the event.
I need to change/cancel my room booking, what should I do?
Please contact mrowland@a1agco.uk no later than 3 weeks before the event.
Will there be food/refreshments at the Trade Show?
Tea, coffee and water will be available throughout the day.
A casual lunch will be served in the Sir Bobby Robson Ballroom foyer from 12pm.
